100 gratitudes

At any given time, life is pulling us all in 100 directions.  I’m always internalizing things, reflecting, and trying to make sense of it all.  Sometimes, it can feel burdensome – stressful.  I’ve always been an idealist, but every so often, when I can sense my internal balance shifting to pessimism and bitterness, I know it’s time for a change.

Lucky for me, two great folks I follow recently talked about recognizing that even among the tough stuff is success and happiness.  Rockstar of positivity Becca Obergefell recently posted a great message about not sweating the small stuff and celebrating our victories.  In addition, I follow the amazing Sarah K. Peck and was inspired by a recent blog post she wrote about 100 things for which she is grateful.  Here’s my list of 100 things I am grateful for today.
